We are just one day away from Valentine’s Day! Every time I go out, all I see are roses, balloons and hearts, everything red. I’m gonna be honest, I’m not a huge fan of roses, balloons and teddy bears, but I do love getting chocolates and having a gourmet dinner for this special day. It’s always hard to pick a valentines day outfit because you want to impress but at the same time, you do not want to exaggerate with your look just for a dinner.
Since fringe is so IN this season, specially on skirts, I’m gonna go for a mini black fringe skirt with a basic long sleeve tee. It is better to go plain with your top when wearing a fringe skirt because you do not want to over do your look. If you feel like it is too basic, then you can add a necklace (silver or gold); specially If you are planning to add a touch of red to your #ootd.
Red is the perfect color for this occasion, but wearing an all red outfit might be too much, or at least cliche for v-day; so I think addingΒ a touch of red to your valentines outfit is the flawless adjunction to your attire. In my case, red lips and a gorgeous red hand-bag are the ideal companions for my valentines gown. I hope you guys take some ideas on wearing fringe skirts, and I wish you all a happy valentines day!!! Take care and see you guys soon π
