My New Year’s Resolutions for this 2018

Making this list was hard, but it isn’t as hard as keeping up with it. But don’t worry because I have 5 great tips on how to keep your new year’s resolutions and I’m planning on using it! Looking back at what I’ve accomplished and what I want to achieve; I have to say this road has been extremely difficult.

But there is one thing I’d like to say in this post. I do not want to use the word “hard” ever again. I do not want to think things are hard, because the harder I work, the easier they get. So hard is not something I want to think about. This is probably the first thing I want to do this New Year, eliminate that word from my vocabulary. (I’ll tell you how that goes)

My list will be divided into categories. I thought this was a great idea and I actually just ordered a new 2018 planner at Amazon to keep up with this list. I’ll also post a photo of my new planner in my Instagram; so stay tuned because it’s super cute!

HEALTH/PERSONAL CARE

– Keep up a daily face skin routine. (Check out here how I’m planning to do this)

– Maintain my skin hydrated no matter what.

– Get rid of my dark circles under my eyes (Btw here is how I’m planning to do it)

– Try not to expose my hair to heat unless it is a special event

– Take good care of my hair with the right products. (I’ll talk about this soon in my blog)

– Work out at least twice a week (I need to start somewhere and I also need to be realistic lol. Read my 5 tips on how to keep a new year’s resolution here)

– Eat healthy (This is gonna be the most difficult one but I have a secret on how to achieve this, I’ll share that soon)

– Avoid caffeine. (I don’t know how I will do this :(. For those who don’t know, I had a kidney infection last year and I’m not supposed to drink coffee, but I’m addicted to it, so my plan is to only have 1 cup per day).

– Drink 8 glasses of water per day.

FINANCIAL

– Shop wisely. Sometimes my problem when shopping is that I get too many trends and less basics. My plan is to do the opposite.

– Save more and spend less in eating outside. (Again, I’ll do my best)

– Make a monthly plan of my expenses to control my finances.

CAREER WISE

– Graduate from college. For those who don’t know, I’m currently getting a masters degree in Communications.

– CreateΒ Eslove‘s second product (If God lets me). I’m really excited about this one and I really hope I can make it!!! This has been something I’ve been wanting to do since I started blogging and I’m hoping this year is the one.

– Go to New York Fashion Week in September (Yay!)

PERSONAL

– Be positive no matter what. I think the most important thing in life is life itself so being negative towards everything will make my life harder and I don’t want the word “hard” in my life.

– Connect more with all of you. If you follow me in my social media, you already know I always answer and I always try to keep up with all of you! I think it is important to know you better because that makes me want to show you things you might be interested in.

– Be consistent with all my personal and professional projects.

– Never give up. Whenever I started this journey, there were times when I really wanted to give up but that’s not happening this year. Also, I wanted to let you know that your comments and messages inspire me to keep going. It makes me extremely happy to hear that you like what I have to offer and that I’m actually being someone who can inspire others to follow their dreams.

– Travel to at least one country I’ve never visited. I’m just saying one because for the past 2 years I was still in college and that didn’t let me travel that much but if I graduate this year (which I’m hoping to do) at least I wanna go to one new country.

 

That was pretty much it! I kept my list simple because I really want to commit to these goals. I’m actually following 5 simple tips on how to keep a new year’s resolution and you should follow them too! It will make your list more achievable!


Mis propΓ³sitos de aΓ±o nuevo

Escribir esta lista fue difΓ­cil, pero mas difΓ­cil aΓΊn es cumplirla. Por eso quise compartir con ustedes 5 tips para cumplir tu lista de propΓ³sitos de aΓ±o nuevo y planeo usar esos tips! Pensando en las cosas que he logrado en el pasado y lo que quiero lograr en un futuro; tengo que decirles que este camino ha sido demasiado difΓ­cil.Β 

Hay una cosa que me gustaria decir en este post. No quiero utilizar la palabra “difΓ­cil” nunca mas. No quiero pensar que las cosas son difΓ­ciles, porque entre masΒ duroΒ trabajo, mas fΓ‘ciles son. Realmente no quiero pensar en la palabra difΓ­cil.Β  Creo que esta es la primera cosa que me propongo en este nuevo aΓ±o, eliminar esa palabra de mi vocabulario. (AhΓ­ les cuento como me va)

Mi lista va estar dividida en categorΓ­as. Hace poco pedΓ­Β una agenda online en Amazon para poder seguir esta lista. Pronto les subo una foto de mi nueva agenda en miΒ Instagram para que la vean porque esta super linda!Β 

SALUD/CUIDADO PERSONAL

  • Mantener una rutina de cuidado de mi cara (En este post pueden ver la rutina que voy a usar)
  • Mantener mi piel hidratada pase lo que pase.
  • Deshacerme de mis ojeras (AquΓ­ les cuento lo que pienso hacer)
  • Tratar de no exponer mi cabello a planchas o secadoras a menos que sea un evento especial.
  • Cuidar muy bien de mi cabello con los productos adecuados (Pronto hablare sobre esto en el blog, no olviden suscribirse)
  • Hacer ejercicio al menos 2 veces por semana (Necesito empezar en algΓΊn lugar y tambiΓ©n necesito ser realista. Pueden leer mis 5 tips de como cumplir con tus propΓ³sitos de ano nuevo aquΓ­)
  • Comer saludable (Esta va ser una de las mas complicadas, pero tengo un secreto para cumplir esto; les voy a compartir el dato pronto)
  • Evitar la cafeΓ­na. No se si lo supieron o se los conte, pero el aΓ±o pasado tuve una infecciΓ³n en los riΓ±ones. Eso me esta llevando al siguiente propΓ³sito que estoy por contarles y tambiΓ©n a evitar el cafΓ©. Mi plan es solo tomar una taza diaria porque no lo puedo dejarΒ  πŸ™
  • Tomar 8 vasos de agua al dΓ­a.Β 

FINANZAS

  • Comprar de manera inteligente. Muchas veces compro cosas innecesarias en vez de adquirir las bΓ‘sicas.
  • Ahorrar mΓ‘s y gastar menos comiendo en la calle. (Esto me va ayudar a cumplir con mis metas de comer saludable)
  • Llevar un plan de mis gastos mensuales.

CARRERA

  • Graduarme de la universidad. Para los que no saben, estoy estudiando una maestrΓ­a en Comunicaciones.
  • Crear el segundo producto de Eslove. Realmente estoy muy emocionada por esto, ya que es algo que he querido hacer desde que empecΓ© con el blog.Β 
  • Ir al Fashion Week de New York en Septiembre. (Siiii!!!!!!!!!)

PERSONAL

  • Ser mas positiva sin importar las circumstancias
  • Conectarme mΓ‘s con todos ustedes. Si ya me siguen en mis redes sociales, entonces saben que me gusta interactuar con ustedes y que siempre trato de contestar, aunque sea tarde pero lo hago. La verdad es que tengo muchΓ­simo que agradecerles. Todos ustedes son los que me impulsan a seguir con sus palabras de cariΓ±o y amor.Β 
  • Siempre ser constante con mis proyectos
  • No rendirme
  • Viajar a algΓΊn paΓ­s donde no haya ido. Los ultimos 2 aΓ±os no pude viajar mucho por mis estudios en la universidad; pero espero que este aΓ±o al menos pueda visitar un paΓ­s nuevo.Β
