The Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Guanacaste had a beach scene where the dresscode was completely white. Before going to the event, I wasn’t sure about my outfit, I wanted to wear a maxi dress since it’s more appropiate for this type of events, but then I got a simple but chic top at Reclov – a brand by a talented and well known fashion designer Jared Bermudez – and it was so comfortable that I inmediately thought about wearing it for the event, plus it matched perfectly with my mesh trimmed pencil skirt.
For my accesories, I decided to go silver and I think I couldn’t have chosen better! There was a great tendency for combining white with gold/silver on the event. I didn’t want to overdo my look so I just wore an earcuff and a layered mango necklace with some rings that are never missing on my outfits lol. As far as my shoes, I’ve been wanting to wear these strappy heels for such a long time and I never had the chance, MBFWG was the perfect excuse for my much awaited desire 🙂
MBFWG was a total success and to me, it really achieved its expected goals. I can’t wait to assist next year and be able to enjoy a fantastic fashion runway with some of the most prestigious designer clothing from Costa Rica and internationally. Stay tuned because there will be more events coming up this year!!!
